9th Circuit Reverses Wrongful Foreclosure Ruling For Lender, Remands Case

(September 12, 2016, 10:34 AM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — After finding that a district court failed to determine whether irregularities in a foreclosure occurred, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 2 partially reversed a ruling for a lender and remanded the case for further proceedings (Robert E. Jacobson, et al. v. Aurora Loan Services LLC, et al., No. 12-17026, 9th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 16284).
