(September 7, 2016, 11:55 AM EDT) -- NAPA, Calif. — A public interest group on Aug. 4 sued a California city, asking a state court to order the municipality to monitor the effect of its dam on endangered fish downstream (Water Audit of California v. City of St. Helena, No. n/a, Calif. Super., Napa Co.).
