Clean Water Rule Opponents’ Claims Belong In 6th Circuit, United States Says

Mealey's (September 2, 2016, 8:18 AM EDT) -- DENVER — The United States on Aug. 19 told the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that 23 business, government and legal entities will have their day in court in their challenge to the Clean Water Rule, but it will be in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., Nos. 16-5038 and 16-5039, 10th Cir.).
