(August 26, 2016, 1:00 PM EDT) -- ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A claimed method of sending to a verified user a warning that a potentially fraudulent event has occurred and then requiring the user to acknowledge the event is invalid under 35 U.S. Code Section 101, according to an Aug. 24 petition for covered business method (CBM) review filed with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (Twilio Inc. v.
