Pro Se Pelvic Mesh Plaintiff Questions Caldera’s Solvency While In Joint Venture
(August 26, 2016, 9:03 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A pro se plaintiff on Aug. 22 asked a California federal court to order pelvic mesh maker Caldera Medical Inc. to “cease and desist” from using any corporate assets for a partnership with a nonprofit while at the same time claiming to be nearly insolvent (Federal Insurance Company, et al. v. Caldera Medical, Inc., et al., No. 15-393, C.D. Calif.).
