Judge: Investors Failed To Plead Scienter Against Medical Device Maker, Others
(August 11, 2016, 8:28 AM EDT) -- BOSTON — Dismissal of an amended complaint is proper, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled Aug. 3, because lead plaintiffs failed to plead any material misrepresentation or scienter in making their federal securities law claims against a medical device company and certain of its executive officers (William M. Cody, et al. v. ConforMIS Inc., et al., No. 15-13295, D. Mass.).
