Mealey's (August 10, 2016, 8:21 AM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania federal judge on Aug. 5 dismissed most claims brought by a physician who alleged that he was harmed when the sellers of weight loss products allowed others to do business within a territory he thought he had an exclusive agreement to represent, finding that the plaintiff failed to sufficiently state claims upon which relief could be granted (Dr. Patrick St. Germaine v.
