Labor Department, Subway Enter Agreement To Ensure Workers Earn Fair Wages

(August 3, 2016, 1:14 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour Division (WHD) and a representative of the Subway chain restaurant franchises on July 26 signed a voluntary agreement to ensure that Subway franchisees pay their employees fair wages.
