False Claim Lawsuit Filed Against Device Maker, Owner For Grant Fraud

(August 3, 2016, 9:38 AM EDT) -- LEXINGTON, Ky. — The United States on July 26 filed a False Claims Act civil lawsuit against a medical device company and its owner for submitting false statements to get three federal grants worth $600,000 (United States of America v. Jerome Hahn, et al., No. 16-273, E.D. Ky.).
