Maryland Panel: Man Lacks Evidence Of Causation In Lead-Paint Lawsuit
(August 1, 2016, 10:59 AM EDT) -- ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Court of Special Appeals on July 26 ruled that a man failed to demonstrate that his alleged lead paint injuries were caused by the presence of lead-based paint in a premises where he lived in 1996 (Terrence Rogers v. Home Equity USA Inc., No. 164 September Term 2015, Md. Spec. App.; 2016 Md. App. LEXIS 73).
