Man Says Minnesota Life Acted Unethically In Failing To Provide Full Coverage

(July 27, 2016, 9:22 AM EDT) -- ST. LOUIS — An Oklahoma man recently told the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that Minnesota Life Insurance Co. acted unethically by failing to provide full coverage for the death of his father, mother and two younger sisters from an aviation accident in 2009 (Matthew T. Lester v. Minnesota Life Insurance Company, et al., No. 16-1454, 8th Cir.).
