Longest Serving Counsel Leaves PCA, Joins HKIAC As Secretary General

(July 25, 2016, 10:59 AM EDT) -- THE HAGUE, Netherlands — The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) on July 14 announced that its longest serving legal counsel in its international bureau will leave in September.

The PCA said that after 10 years, Sarah Grimmer will join the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) as its secretary-general, effective September 2016. The PCA said that before joining the PCA, Grimmer was based in Paris, as assistant counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration and with Shearman & Sterling.
